NYT x JFOODO PROGRAM CONCEPT:
Create an editorial piece that will educate and inspire audiences to make sake a part of their dining experiences, and to expand their palette with a world of sake flavors.
PAGE DESIGN MOODBOARD:
For this NYT Paid Post, we looked at Japanese aesthetics and traditional sake labels for inspiration. By decoding a visually rich label, we get a better understanding of the aroma and flavor of sake and its umami profile.
PHOTOSHOOT:
